Shipping policy
Struxa products are designed and manufactured in Colorado, USA.
- Processing time. Orders leave our Colorado facility within 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
- Where we ship. We ship worldwide. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
- United States rates. Standard shipping is $4.99, and free on orders of $19.99 and up. Expedited UPS, FedEx, and USPS options are available, with live carrier rates shown at checkout.
- International rates. Live carrier rates from USPS, DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Customs, duties, and import taxes. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and carrier handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the amount you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing can also add time to delivery.
- Delivery estimates. Transit time after your order ships depends on the carrier and your address. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- Delays. If anything holds up your order, we will email you with the new timing and your options, including canceling for a full refund.
