We want you in the right splint. Because fit and comfort matter, here is how returns and exchanges work.

  • 30-day window. If you are not satisfied, email us at hello@struxasplints.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery to start a return or exchange.
  • Condition. Standard-size splints can be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept splints that have been worn or washed, unless the item is defective.
  • One free size exchange. If the fit is not right, we will cover a one-time size exchange per order: send the unworn splint back and we will send your new size.
  • Trim-to-Size and customized items. Trim-to-Size splints that have already been cut or modified cannot be returned unless they arrived defective, since they have been customized to you.
  • Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item. If your order arrives defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, usually with no return needed.
  • Refunds. Approved refunds go to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
